In this opening module, we’ll share honest lessons learned, inspirational insights, and a deep dive into the purpose behind every creative effort. Leading Christian creatives is not simply about leadership techniques. It is about having a heart for the Lord and God-breathed creativity. In this module, your heart will be stirred for God’s perspective on you, your team, and your gifts.
Module 2.2 - The Role of Worship & Creativity in the Local Church
You and I know the value of creativity in our Churches, but this isn’t always easy to communicate to your pastors, team, or congregation. This module will give you the tools to do just that.

While our creativity can be abstract, the process of getting there doesn’t have to be. Here we share the secrets behind the success of our creative process, lessons learned, and how to develop your own process.

Module 3.1 - Discovering Your Identity
Who the Lord has created you to be will have a huge bearing on how you should lead your team. Yet not many of us confidently acknowledge and live out this identity. So shrug off imposter syndrome and embrace who you are with this guide.
Module 3.2 - Discovering Your Calling
One of the big questions that everyone asks is “What am I meant to do?”… “What does God want me to do?” Calling doesn’t need to be a mystery. Here, we will share how we discovered our calling and how you can step into yours too.
Module 3.3 - Discovering Your Creativity
Once you know who you are and what God has for you to do, you need to know how to put it into action! This module will help you hone your gift, spark the imagination of your team, and find clarity in a noisy world.

Module 5.4 - Skills & Practices for Your Tech Teams
There is something particularly beautiful when your teams can come together to praise the Lord. Part of that is empowering your behind-the-scenes tech team with the same passion as you support your worship leaders with. But as creative leaders, we have to do this in a way that works for them. We get that this distinction can be tricky. So, here are the tools you need to celebrate the heart and hustle of the tech team, diving into essential skills, smart upgrades, and how to build collaboration between tech and worship teams.

Module 6.1 Pastoral Care for Creatives
Your creative people are unique. You know this, and we know this. So the question is, how do we support them on their unique pursuit of the Lord, and support them when life feels uncertain? Module 6.2 - Discipleship & Spiritual Growth
Discipleship isn’t just another box to tick. It’s the heartbeat of a creative team that wants to truly grow in Christ together. Here, discover ways to weave spiritual practices, honest conversations, and fellowship into everyday team life. We’ll tackle the tough, honest questions creatives ask and guide you in building a strong spiritual foundation, so imagination and faith can thrive side by side.

Module 7.1 - The ‘Special’ Services
Some services are meant to stand out, and making those moments truly memorable is where your creative team shines. This module shows you how to bring warmth, meaning, and a fresh spark to special services, such as Christmas and Easter, making every big day feel, well, special for your whole church.
Module 7.2 - Conferences and Events
Conferences and Events can feel like the Super Bowl for your church. Between items, multiple worship sets, and countless videos and graphics, it can be overwhelming for you and your team. We’ve made this module to address this stress and help change the game.
Module 7.3 - Teams Nights
Team Nights aren’t just another meeting, they’re where your team can refuel, connect, and catch the bigger vision together. This module covers why Team Nights matter, how to make them meaningful, and the practical tips (and deep theology) behind running nights that grow your crew closer and stronger.

You can have all the vision in the world and a brilliant team beside you, but actually bringing that vision to life is a whole other challenge. This module bridges the gap between creative dreams and the actual doing. From shaping services and worship sets, to the project management that helps make it all come together. Get ready for practical tools and fresh confidence to move ideas off the page and into real moments, every week and beyond.
Module 8.2 - Logistics, Budgeting and Practical Creativity
Mastering the art of creative ministry means juggling budgets, volunteers, tech, and legal details. All while keeping your vision clear and vibrant. This can feel like a lot. Trust us, we have been there! So here is a collection of the tools, skills, and resources we have developed to help you make the practical decisions that free your team to focus on creativity, while keeping everything running smoothly and transparently behind the scenes.
