As we have been in the thick of things this week, a recurring statement keeps coming up. It’s all about finding the right people for teams and church staff… “unicorns,” you know, those people who can do everything exceptionally well always.
You don’t? Oh, right, that’s probably because they don't exist. We all need training and development. You have to raise people up, train them, let them try and try again and make mistakes. So, this week’s Rapid 5 and Rhino Journal article is to that end.
