Hey Crashers,

We are so excited to be a part of what the Lord is doing on the earth…. and I love watching what you are all doing. Shoutouts this week to our friends at the Ascent in Scotland, Pip on tour with Brandon Lake, Martin Smith as he heads to Joburg to lead worship, and Mark Harris out and about hosting round tables in South Africa with Worship Pastors. Not to mention Nathan Del Turco about to Church plant in Kanas City, our Celebration friends with Radiant this week, and all the many creative artists, designers, lighting directors, dreamers, and doers putting their hands to the tools again in May and creating with beauty in order to fulfill the great commission
We hope today’s journals are helpful. It includes a worksheet for you to download with the 5 attributes creative leaders need and tips for growing in these areas. It’s a fun tool for assessing yourself and something to keep on your desk at work.

Question of the week…
Unlocking the Keys to Creative Pastoring: 5 Essential Attributes and How to Develop Them.
- Cass Langton
We have spent the past two decades coaching and assisting creative pastors and leaders. It's one of our greatest joys in life. People called to creative pastoring often do so because they are exceptionally gifted worship leaders, songwriters, musicians, or singers. They do so well in that role that they are promoted to leadership positions. I wrote a post a few weeks ago about Lead Creatives and Creative Leaders, and today, I want to explore the creative leader component of that article.
Many of you wrote to say YES AND AMEN to the post and then said that while you feel that … you are now leading and want some help. You have been put in charge of staff and teams and are wondering where to start and how to get better.
Welcome to the creative leader 101 today in the Rhino Journals.
