How We Went From Mega-Church Global Creative Pastors to Focusing on You…
Through decades leading and pastoring global creative teams, God had prepared us for a new season supporting creative pastors, worship leaders, and those discipling creatives seeking a deeper, more creative faith.
Along the way, we noticed something important: many churches mean well, but often struggle with intentional creative discipleship and clear pathways for growth. Without a thoughtful plan, it’s easy for people to feel lost, discouraged, or disconnected when life gets hard.
And others, well, they don’t care about creativity and its place in the church.
That reality motivated us to act:

🔹 Ministered across the globe, speaking at churches and conferences.

🔹 Planted The Local Church Sydney, shaped by the priesthood of all believers and a more creative, collaborative model of leadership.

Because most advice to creatives (and the leaders who pastor and guide them) is over-simplified, out of date, dumbed down, or just plain wrong.

❌ “Go to church, volunteer ALL your time, that’s what this is about.” (No, it’s not!)
